I’ve returned to cooking many new and old things from scratch with adoption of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for Bethie. It’s very time consuming, but hopefully, by the grace of God, all the healthy food will enable Bethie to gain weight so she is not underweight any more, as well as sleep better at night.
